We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Executive to join our clients growing team in Leighton Buzzard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service and administration experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
Working closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Accounts teams, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers from enquiry through to order completion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Monitoring customer orders and providing delivery updates.
- Handling returns, credits and customer complaints with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
- Ensuring all customer interactions meet company procedures and service standards.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or administration role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- £26000 per year
