Ordering Processor Administrator – Harpenden

AEX Recruitment are seeking a skilled Order Processor Administrator to join our clients team on a 6 month FTC. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient order management to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service by resolving any order related issues, such as discrepancies, delays or returns
- Respond to customer inquiries relating to orders, shipping and product availability
- Collaborate with the sales, logistics and warehouse teams to address customer needs
- General administrations and record keeping
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, especially when dealing with cross border order between the US and UK
- Work closely with third-party logistic partners to arrange deliveries , track shipments and ensure timely dispatch
- Monitor shipping costs and ensure orders are delivered within budget and deadlines
Skills
- 1-3 years experience in an admin role
- Comfortable with Microsoft office suite ( Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams, including international colleagues and customers
Pay
- £30,000 to £34,000 per year
